About us
We are a teen band from Olympia, Washington and we love to play old time music. Our band members include Annie, Ruby, Hatcher, Rizley, and Ellie. We play original and traditional fiddle tunes, as well as songs and ballads. We play for concerts, square dances, and workshops.
We put out our first CD in August 2018. You can find more about that by clicking the STORE tab above.
Soon after the CD release, one of our members, Rizley, left on an exchange program to Slovakia. Hatcher soon will also be leaving for a semester to the Conserve School in Wisconsin. In the meantime Ellie, Ruby and Annie will continue to play music as the Sassafras Sisters (find them on instagram).
We will all be reunited next summer at Fiddle Tunes 2019!
